I offer chair based exercises in the comfort of your own home for the more elderly or less mobile clients which can help to improve your confidence and mobility. These classes are currently being offered via Zoom or FaceTime.
These exercises include a warm up, strengthening and stretching. We will use different equipment to aid with your exercises.
If you are able we can also try some balance exercises whilst standing using the support of a wall or a chair.
All these exercises will help with your day to day life for example: walking, climbing the stairs, getting in and out of a car.
